This masterclass series is meant to foster and encourage an innate experience of what it means to be creative. Our aim is to help you embrace creativity as a process that is both natural and embodied.
Together, we’ll explore the true essence of artistic expression, reclaim the importance of creativity in today’s world, and work to dissolve outdated myths. Join us to build depth of presence, self trust, and creative capacity through a collective learning experience.

Q&A
If there was ever a time to rouse the sleeping artist within, it would be now.
During this unprecedented time in history, our ability to be adaptable and creative is going to become increasingly important. Creativity is a natural capacity that we are all born with. Our very being breathes with creation. The need to adapt, evolve, and survive in novel ways are the very qualities that make us human.
As young children, the majority of us considered ourselves to be artists. Put any five year old in a room with some random objects and they immediately start creating worlds. Why? Because play and creativity is how we learn, evolve, and adapt.
Unfortunately, over time this innate creativity becomes covered over and split off, shoved into the far recesses of our body. We begin to doubt ourselves and our instincts. We feel disconnected from the ground of our own natural Being. Much of our young adulthood becomes a slow erosion of what truly belongs to us; our creative, instinctual, and intuitive nature.
By the time we are in our early teens, most of us have been socialized and conditioned in ways that cause us to reject that which comes most naturally to us. We learn to replace our instinctual, creative nature with something that resembles “acceptable.” This is felt as self exile, which we are never able to reconcile with for the simple reason that a part of us never forgets who we truly are.
Which is wild. Innately creative. Sovereign in our instinctual and intuitive nature.
Creativity, at its core, is something that is relational. It is life inviting us into a dialogue. It is the essence that arises through us which wants to take form in the world. It is a core aspect of our humanity, and our flourishing in this life depends on it.
Over the last several months, together with Noah Cebuliak of Roadopener (who produced the album “Chrysalis” and co-wrote “The Loom”), we have created a masterclass series which distills everything we have learned as working artists over the past two decades. We will be sharing our best practices, insights, and methods for reconnecting to our instinctual creativity.
The masterclass covers everything from attention sovereignty, cultivating receptivity, and somatic shadow work (one of our favourite topics). This immersive learning experience is for everyone, whether you consider yourself to be an artist or not. It is for those who are interested in cultivating self trust, sovereignty of attention, and befriending the shadow aspects of ourselves. The material that we will cover crystallizes everything that we wish we had known when we first started out as artists.
The process of reconnecting with our instinctual, creative nature is both a remembering and a retrieval. It is a slow, holy descent into the wilderness within.
So, dear one, will you join us?
